Description
Tylko is hiring a Sales Manager to scale its physical retail network across European markets. The role owns store and showroom sales performance, leads and develops retail teams, establishes sales standards and customer journeys, manages incentives and budgets, and partners with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care. Candidates need at least five years of multi-site retail sales management experience, retail and e-commerce knowledge, commercial analytics skills, AI tool experience, and C1 English and Polish fluency. The position is based in Warsaw and requires working in the office three days per week.
