Willdan Lighting & Electric is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop its New York City and Tri-State energy-efficiency sales team. The role oversees Energy Service Representatives, lead generators, and sales energy-efficiency advisors; manages quotas, pipelines, forecasting, client relationships, recruitment, training, performance, and utility reporting; and supports energy-efficiency project closing. The position requires 5–10 years of sales experience, utility or sales-management experience, commercial and residential energy-efficiency experience, and daily commuting to the Maspeth, Queens office, with 15% travel and commission eligibility.
