Description
Xylem is hiring a Sales Manager to oversee sales management systems, develop sales strategies and forecasts, manage a sales team, analyze performance and customer data, maintain customer relationships, and support product development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, and at least two years of people-management experience. Compensation is $150,000 to $165,000 base plus commission, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
