The role focuses on proactively acquiring German and international merchant partners, especially through cold outreach, negotiating partnerships, and guiding new partners from onboarding through technical integration and go-live. The position also involves advising partners on marketing solutions, monitoring competitors and market trends, and analyzing KPIs and marketing activities to improve partner performance. Fluent Mandarin, strong English and German, a relevant degree, sales or lead-generation experience, and comfort with IT-related processes are required.
