The role involves onboarding and coaching Retail Sales Associates, visiting stores weekly, monitoring sales and staffing metrics, conducting interviews, approving payroll, covering shifts, and personally selling to model best practices. Candidates need at least two years of wireless, consumer electronics, or multi-unit retail sales leadership experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
