Splend is hiring a Phone Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 11 phone-based Sales Consultants across Victoria and New South Wales. The role manages sales performance, lead conversion, call quality, customer upgrades, multiple lead channels, pipeline quality, CRM reporting, and the Splend Global Excellence Sales program. Candidates need at least three years of sales leadership experience managing five or more sales representatives, experience with multiple lead channels in a contact centre, data and CRM skills, and occasional travel to Victoria. The position offers uncapped commission, monthly payouts, salary packaging, and other benefits.
