The Sales Manager (m/w/d) im Außendienst is responsible for independently managing a sales territory in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, developing relationships with professional hair- and beauty partners, acquiring new partners, conducting product presentations and training, and driving sales growth. The role requires a completed hairdressing qualification or relevant experience, strong communication and customer-orientation, independent work, a Class B driving licence, and excellent German skills.
