Tricon is hiring a full-time Sales Manager – PP/PE (Turkey) to own commercial development of polypropylene and polyethylene in Turkey. The role leads sales growth, customer and supplier relationships, negotiations, forecasting, budgets, market intelligence, credit management, CRM reporting, and coordination with global trading, logistics, supply chain, finance, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least seven years of polymer, petrochemical, chemical, or related B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.
