Description
The Loan Sales Officer will identify and acquire eligible small and medium-sized business customers, introduce loan products, explain applications, support customers through onboarding, develop relationships, generate leads, follow up on applications, and work with verification and credit teams to facilitate disbursements. This field-based, target-driven role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills, with 0–1 year of experience and training provided. Candidates must reside in an advertised state and the role offers N110,000 monthly plus commissions and performance incentives.
