DFX5 is hiring a full-time Sales Operations Analyst in Medellín with a hybrid arrangement, supporting sales leadership and account teams across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The role owns sales KPIs, forecasting and pipeline reporting, Salesforce administration and data quality, dashboards, sales compensation, and AWS partner co-sell operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, hands-on Salesforce experience, forecasting and commission experience, advanced spreadsheet and BI skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
