1GLOBAL is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in Warsaw to transform commercial data into actionable insights for sales performance and business decision-making. The role involves building and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and analyses; tracking KPIs; developing Power BI dashboards; gathering business requirements; analyzing sales data; preparing reports for sales leadership; improving reporting processes and data quality; using AI tools; working with CRM data including Salesforce; and collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other teams. The position requires fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, hands-on Power BI experience, AI tool experience, and preferably CRM and Sales Operations experience.
