Abnormal AI is hiring an Analyst for its Sales Operations team to support revenue-facing employees through new hire onboarding, reporting, territory operations, and automation of manual processes. The role serves as the first point of contact for new hires, manages Salesforce and data hygiene initiatives, builds and analyzes reporting for ramp, performance, and SPIFF tracking, and partners with Sales Systems and IT to automate recurring workflows. The position requires 2–3 years of relevant operations experience, hands-on Salesforce experience, strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; compensation is $88,000–$126,500 USD plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
