Discord is hiring a full-time Strategy & Operations individual contributor to build revenue forecasting, pipeline and business-health metrics, quota-setting, planning, and sales effectiveness processes from the ground up. The role partners with sales leadership, leads strategic assessments, presents to executives, and uses AI workflows and automation to scale output. Candidates need at least 9 years of hands-on strategy or sales operations experience, CRM and analytics proficiency, and experience building systems from scratch; the position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with two office days per week and a US base salary of $232,000 to $261,000 plus equity and benefits.
