Description
The Sales Operations Manager will lead and optimize sales operations and administration for RTS Intercom, Telex Radio Dispatch, and Telex Aviation. The role covers Salesforce CRM administration, sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline and KPI reporting, contract and pricing administration, invoicing, credit management, and commission calculations, while partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and operations. It requires at least five years of sales or revenue operations experience, with Salesforce, SAP, analytics tools, and leadership skills; the U.S. base salary is $80,000-$110,000 annually, and future work authorization sponsorship is not available.
