The role requires at least six years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related field, with deep Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, quotas, and compensation. The position is remote-first and offers base salary ranges from $128,000 to $198,000 depending on location, along with equity, retirement matching, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
