BrowserStack is hiring a remote Sales Operations professional based in Mumbai to support the direct-sales go-to-market strategy. The role involves designing scalable sales processes, managing sales-operations projects, optimizing adoption of Salesforce and other sales technologies, building dashboards and reports, analyzing sales-funnel metrics with SQL and Salesforce dashboards, and coordinating with Finance, Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant consulting, investment banking, or technology BizOps experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and preferably technology, SaaS, Salesforce, and sales-funnel knowledge.
