Description
Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Sales Operations Senior Executive to own the end-to-end sales order lifecycle across Asia distributors and commercial channel partners. The role covers order receipt, validation, EDI exception resolution, purchase order and pricing setup, 3PL delivery coordination, transport bookings, dispute and returns handling, inventory and production order updates, KPI reporting, product serial-number traceability, and FTA documentation. The position requires at least six years of sales operations or sales administration experience, strong ERP and order-management expertise, EDI knowledge, outbound logistics understanding, dispute-resolution capability, analytical reporting skills, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
