4CEE is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support commercial growth by managing contracts, supplier agreements, quotations, orders, invoicing, accounts receivable, customer support, and data quality across HubSpot and NetSuite. The role coordinates sales, finance, customers, and suppliers, identifies process bottlenecks, and improves workflows through automation and AI. It requires approximately five years of relevant experience, knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, strong Excel and communication skills, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,000, a travel allowance, a bonus scheme, and a hybrid arrangement of typically two to three office days.
