Adobe is hiring a Process Architect to transform and scale its global sales processes. The role will design and govern future-state sales capabilities, define improvement roadmaps, partner with Sales Operations, Legal, and Product teams, translate process designs into business requirements, deploy productivity tools and playbooks, and drive CRM, automation, and analytics adoption. Candidates need 10+ years of cross-functional business architecture and process improvement experience, SaaS sales-systems experience, CRM expertise, senior-stakeholder facilitation skills, and knowledge of business architecture frameworks; a bachelor's degree is required and Six Sigma certification is desired. The U.S. pay range is $125,300-$248,400 annually, with California pay at $171,600-$248,400.
