Description
Fuel Tech is hiring a Proposal Engineer to review and support proposal and pre-contract activities for air pollution control technologies, including bid specifications, equipment and engineering cost estimates, installation requirements, turnkey cost estimates, and scope of supply. The role coordinates with Sales, Project Execution, Purchasing, Marketing, Legal, and suppliers to develop proposals, RFQ specifications, installation schedules, project requirements, and contract handoffs, while also overseeing component fabricators and outside engineering firms during pre-contract activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel 5–10% of the time.
