Braintrust is hiring a Sales Recruiter based in San Francisco, California. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for sales, including sourcing, evaluation, candidate communication, offer acceptance, and pipeline development, while partnering with sales leadership to define roles, calibrate talent, and improve recruiting operations.
