Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor to sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role assists families with funeral selections, attends services, generates leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting, and requires offsite client appointments. Compensation includes an estimated first-year earnings range of $45,000 to $65,000, uncapped commission, and $18 per hour for six weeks of training pay. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle access, MS Office proficiency, and availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends; medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and STD insurance are provided to full-time employees.
