3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, recommend custom window treatments, create tailored design solutions, guide clients through the buying process, close sales, manage appointments and follow-ups, and build referrals. The role provides company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, uncapped commission, mileage reimbursement, and full medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits. No prior design experience is required, and candidates should be people-oriented, organized, flexible to work at least one weekend day, and able to travel locally.
