ADT is hiring a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage existing customers, provide personalized security, automation, and life-safety solutions, deliver sales presentations and proposals, conduct post-installation follow-ups, and generate new leads. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within a designated territory using a personal vehicle, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, with new sales advisors expected to earn $105,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000, plus up to $4,000 during the first eight weeks of training.
