Description
ADT is hiring a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage existing customers, provide personalized security, automation, and life-safety solutions, deliver sales presentations and proposals, conduct post-installation follow-ups, and generate new leads. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel within a designated territory using a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, technology proficiency, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, with new sales advisors expected to earn $105,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000, plus up to $4,000 during the first eight weeks of training.
