Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage HVAC residential and contractor sales for an established wholesale distributorship. The role develops and maintains client relationships, acquires and retains accounts, drives sales growth, supports a designated territory, and participates in dealer meetings and industry events. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least 2–4 years of HVAC sales experience, wholesale distribution experience, proficiency with air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment and move heavy parts.
