Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a field-based Sales Representative in Indianapolis to meet with homeowners, inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs, identify repair or replacement opportunities, prepare estimates and recommendations, and guide customers through the decision-making process. The role requires local travel, property evaluations, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work outdoors and at heights. Compensation is commission-based with an earning potential of $50,000-$80,000, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
