Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners, evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions. The role is primarily field-based, using a company-provided vehicle for local appointments, and requires climbing ladders and working at heights. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October. Compensation is commission-based with training pay and an earning potential range of $50,000-$80,000, plus medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
