Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a field-based Sales Representative to conduct on-site roof inspections, meet with homeowners, present tailored roofing solutions, guide customers through the sales process, manage appointments, and provide reliable customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to climb ladders and work at heights, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in varied weather and physically demanding conditions. Compensation is $50,000–$80,000 on a commission-based structure with no upper limit, plus medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
