Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners, evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. The role is primarily field-based, using a company-provided vehicle for local appointments, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional overtime, and two Saturdays per month during the busy season. Compensation is commission-based with training pay and an earning potential of $50,000-$80,000, plus medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
