Carla is hiring full-time Sales Representatives to help customers find electric and plug-in hybrid cars through phone, chat, email, and outbound sales. The role involves handling B2C and B2B inquiries, ensuring a high-quality sales experience, upselling financing and related services, resolving purchase obstacles, and documenting leads, orders, and deliveries. Candidates should have automotive or vehicle experience, consultative B2C sales experience, strong Swedish communication skills, and a record of successful sales. The position is based at Carla’s Stockholm headquarters, with evening and weekend shifts that can be worked from home.
