Rose Remodeling is hiring a full-time, on-site Acrylic Bath Sales Representative in San Jose, California. The role involves conducting in-home consultations, assessing homeowner remodeling needs, recommending acrylic bath solutions, presenting products and project timelines, managing leads and appointments, collaborating with design and installation teams, and closing sales. The position requires proven sales and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a HIS license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or equivalent; three or more years of in-home sales experience is preferred. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped potential of $100,000–$325,000+ plus a bonus plan and full benefits.
