Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time Home Health Care Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and referral development for a home health care business. The role manages inbound leads through consultation, assessment, and admission; maintains CRM activity; develops relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, senior living communities, and rehabilitation facilities; conducts phone, email, text, in-person, and community outreach; and coordinates with clinical and operations teams. Candidates need at least two years of relevant sales or healthcare experience, CRM and follow-up skills, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
