Pavago is hiring a full-time Home Health Care Sales Representative to convert inbound leads into new clients and develop referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations. The role manages prospects through consultations, assessments, and admission; maintains CRM and pipeline records; conducts outreach and community events; coordinates with clinical and operations teams; and meets sales and revenue goals. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant sales or business development experience, strong communication and follow-up skills, CRM experience, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
