Description
The Sales Representative develops new business relationships, expands existing customer relationships, and sells packaging and design solutions to meet customer needs. The role manages sales goals, pricing, negotiations, account relationships, lead generation, design coordination, forecasts, budgets, and credit collections. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of sales experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions and distribution, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and manage difficult accounts. The starting salary range is $95,000 to $160,000, with annual bonuses and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days of employment.
