Sleep Number is hiring a Sales Representative to identify customer sleep needs, explain mattress products and promotions, nurture prospects through outbound calls, maintain a polished showroom, and exceed sales goals. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, flexible retail scheduling, and 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation includes a guaranteed base pay of $16 per hour, uncapped commission and bonus potential, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage.
