SPORTSCHULE DEFCON is hiring a Sales Representative to conduct digital sales conversations via Zoom, advise prospective customers, convert them into members, guide them through the sales process, and use a digital CRM. The role requires strong communication, customer-facing skills, motivation, structured work, and willingness to work the late shift; no prior sales experience is required because training is provided. Compensation includes a fixed starting salary of €3,000 gross for the first two months, followed by €2,500 plus commission, with realistic annual earnings of €50,000–€60,000.
