Description
TEL Staffing is seeking bilingual English/Spanish sales representatives to generate new business through inbound and outbound phone sales and, where applicable, field visits to job sites. The role requires sales experience, knowledge of glass products and industry standards, strong closing and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and local travel. Compensation is $15 per hour plus commissions, with training and ongoing support provided. The schedule is Monday through Saturday with one day off, and the position may be direct-hire or temp-to-hire.
