West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative in Cleveland, Ohio, to serve as the primary customer contact and sell bathroom, flooring, window, and door products and services. The role involves consulting customers at their homes, presenting product and installation value, working within customer budgets, closing sales, and completing post-sale activity. The schedule rotates between Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, with no cold-calling or lead generation. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, an annual net sales bonus program, and expected first-year income up to $200,000 or more.
