Description
QXO is hiring an Outside Sales Associate to represent its insulation and building products distribution division, manage existing customers, prospect in a territory, process dealer orders, and grow sales. The role requires at least 18 years of age, a valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle, and 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience; construction industry knowledge and commercial insulation or building science knowledge are preferred. The position covers a 250-mile territory with up to 75% travel and overnight requirements, involves physical lifting and repetitive motions, and offers a base-plus-commission package with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
