BÄKO Ost eG is hiring a Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative / Key Account Manager for field sales in the Greater Berlin and Brandenburg area. The role supports and advises customers, expands relationships, acquires new customers, analyzes production and sales locations, prepares quotations, develops sales concepts, leads customer projects, supports events, and coordinates on-site appointments. Candidates need commercial vocational training or relevant sales or customer-support experience, bakery, confectionery, or food-industry experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel daily. The position is full-time with an option to work from home, permanent employment, and benefits including salary, bonuses, training, pension, and a company bike.
