Robert Bosch EOOD is hiring a Sales Representative – HVAC Systems for the Sofia Region to drive commercial sales of heat pumps, room air conditioners, and VRF systems through a 2-step channel involving distributors, dealers, and HVAC installer partners. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining professional customers, preparing technical quotations, monitoring competitors, conducting product seminars, representing the brand at trade events, and supporting installers with technical questions. Candidates need at least two years of B2B HVAC sales experience, strong technical knowledge, fluent English, a clean driving license, and extensive regional travel; a university degree in HVAC, thermal, mechanical, or electrical engineering is a plus.
