Bayer is hiring a Sales Representative Pharmacy to independently manage and support pharmacies in the Cologne, Leverkusen, and Bonn sales territory. The role focuses on sell-out development, customer and data analysis, promotional activities, negotiations, returns, digital pharmacy concepts, and route planning. Candidates should have commercial or pharmaceutical training, strong analytical and sales skills, excellent German, and preferably experience in pharmaceutical sales or retail pharmacy. The position offers a full-time salary of €4,403–€5,784 per month, an annual bonus, vacation pay, and Christmas pay, with flexible work arrangements.
