TopLine Heating & Air is hiring a Sales Representative – Residential HVAC to run 3–4 qualified leads per day in customers’ homes, design and present custom HVAC solutions, handle objections, and close deals. The role offers inbound pre-qualified leads, up to 13% commission on company-generated leads, uncapped income, a company vehicle and phone, and medical benefits plus a 401k match. Candidates should be comfortable closing in a one-call environment, building trust with homeowners, communicating effectively, and taking ownership of results; a valid driver’s license is required.
