Chaney Enterprises is hiring a full-time Ready Mix Sales Representative in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role manages customer relationships and the full sales cycle for ready-mix concrete, aggregate, block products, and related offerings, including prospecting, quoting, order management, delivery coordination, complaint resolution, territory reporting, and field quality testing. The position requires knowledge of construction materials, a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain materials-testing certification within one year, and frequent travel throughout the assigned territory. Prior outside-sales experience in the construction materials industry, knowledge of the Major Bid Process, and established local construction relationships are preferred.
