TTEC is hiring a fully remote Sales Representative with Czech language skills to work from home in Poland. The role focuses on generating new B2B business, managing existing customer relationships, conducting inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying customer shipping profiles, and meeting sales targets through consultative selling, negotiation, appointment setting, and closing. Candidates need Czech at C1 or higher, English at B1 or higher, strong communication skills, and preferably a proven sales record. The position offers a gross base salary of 9,100 PLN plus bonuses, medical, dental and eye care, a Multisport Card, paid leave, professional development support, and possible visa/work permit reimbursement.
