TTEC is hiring a Czech Sales Representative to work from home in Poland. The role involves generating new business, contacting existing customers, using a consultative approach, conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, developing customer relationships, closing deals, and delivering customer experiences through voice, chat, or email. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, preferably in B2B, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Czech at C1 and English at B1. The position offers a base salary of 9,100 PLN gross plus bonus opportunities, medical, dental, and vision benefits, fully remote work, and visa and work-permit reimbursement.
