Monarch Communities Senior Living is hiring a Sales Specialist to support occupancy growth and development across New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. The role works with Sales Directors and field teams, supports lead generation, maintains marketing software knowledge, communicates product and pricing information, monitors competition, and completes required compliance and regulatory training. A bachelor’s degree, related experience or training, elderly-population experience, communication skills, assisted-living regulatory knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred or required. The position offers a yearly salary of $95,000–$105,000 and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
