Marc Jacobs International is hiring a Sales Supervisor for its Jersey Gardens location in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The role supports store management by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, enforcing company policies, maintaining store standards, opening and closing the store, and organizing the sales floor and stockroom. The position requires at least three years of retail, sales, or industry-adjacent experience focused on customer service, leadership experience is preferred, and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k matching benefits.
