Description
Vince is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead luxury retail sales, exceed personal and store goals, build and nurture a client book, convert walk-in traffic, model consultative selling and clienteling, and support store operations. The role requires at least two years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment, along with strong communication, POS, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills. Compensation is $18.50-$22 per hour plus eligibility for sales-based incentive programs, with healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
